Zero Balancing
ZERO BALANCING is a gentle form of bodywork using finger pressure and held stretches to release tension. The stretches are called fulcrums because they provide ‘a point of stillness around which energy and structure can reorganise’ - ie: become perfectly or ‘zero’ balanced.

You remain fully clothed and an average session takes about half an hour; three are recommended to start with.

Zero balancing was developed in the 1970s by Fritz Smith, an American osteopath, doctor and acupuncturist who was interested in combining Eastern and Western massage systems.
