Oneness Blessing Comes to Devon

A new and fast growing personal development phenomenon has recently come to Devon. It's called Oneness Blessing (or Oneness Deeksha as it is known in India). It requires no discipline and no effort, yet its benefits are far-reaching and profound.
Claire Robinson, a writer and editor, received her first Oneness Blessing session last year and has been delighted by the results. She said, 'Since receiving Oneness Blessing regularly, I have noticed profound changes in my life. I have more energy, my health has improved, and my thinking is clearer. Now, whatever is happening on the outside, I have a reservoir of inner peace and bliss that is always available to me.'
Coastal scientist Richard Swift had his first Oneness Blessing a few months ago and has found it has brought change to his life on a number of levels. He said, 'I feel an inner stillness or focus and my mind has become quieter and clearer. I feel that I am going to make a significant forward step this year as a result of having Oneness Blessing once a week.'
People who receive Oneness Blessing say they can cope with stress better. Thinking becomes clearer, more creative and more coherent. People find their hearts open up, emotional lives blossom and relationships improve. Many report that their lives have become more successful and their desires seem to be quickly fulfilled.
Oneness Blessing was brought into the world by a husband-and-wife team called Amma and Bhagavan. They designed the technique to enhance the functioning of the human brain and to bring awakening and joy to people. They also created the Oneness University in India, where people are trained to give Oneness Blessing to others.
Initial research into those who receive Oneness Blessing suggests that a marked neurobiological process takes place. The "busy" parts of the brain, otherwise known as the parietal lobes, settle down. Simultaneously the frontal lobes, responsible for feelings of peace, joy and connectedness, become enlivened. In most people this part of the brain is chronically underactive, leading to a lessening of our ability to feel happy and alive.
This helps explain why people who receive Oneness Blessing experience joy, contentment and a feeling of oneness.
You usually receive Oneness Blessing in a group. Soothing music is played and you are invited to sit and relax for a few minutes. The Oneness Blessing giver then goes around the group laying their hand on each person’s head for about a minute. This process is usually repeated three times. Afterwards you sit quietly and enjoy the silent intelligent energy you received.
Oneness Blessing sessions last up to two hours and you can attend as frequently as you wish. The benefi ts are cumulative and increase the more it is received. A small donation of between £5 and £10 is made for each session.
A number of Oneness Blessing groups are now established in Devon. You are invited to come along to one of the regular meetings to experience Oneness Blessing. Sessions are held in Exeter, Totnes, Chudleigh Knighton, Kingsbridge, Axminster, Chagford and Teignmouth. Some Oneness Blessing givers are willing to travel to set up new groups.
