Food Detox:
Vastly improve your health (stop catching all those flus and colds) by making it easier for your digestion to do it’s job. Then your immune system and resistance to illness is strengthened. Eating methods to illustrate: food combining, alkaline pH, eat light foods first, raw food. This is a vast topic so I would suggest explaining only one at a time.
Detox your Bowels!
Little know fact: Using toilet seats create constipation. Using stools to raise knees while sitting eliminates the problem. Squatting is the ‘native’ and natural elimination position in which the elimination channel (the large intestine) is open and straight whereas when we sit it is folded, hence constipation occurs. Improves elimination naturally reduces self intoxication, constipation and illness as when we are clear inside (I could go into detail) it is easier to deal with all that comes our way from the outside!
