Keep it simple with NLP

“Whether you think you can or you can’t you are absolutely right” (Henry Ford)

The underlying thought behind NLP is to change your thinking into concentrating on what you want, which in turn will change your behavior and therefore the results you achieve. This in turn will change your life.

What you think not only produces your behavior but also the feelings and beliefs that support those behaviors, and the way you communicate with yourself and others. NLP is about finding out and changing the language of the mind. Traditional therapy tends to either uncover and heal the emotions or analyze them and look for patterns of behavior over a long period of time. NLP is more precise as it looks at thought patterns and whether they are supporting or disempowering you. NLP tells us that as we are in charge of our minds and therefore we are the creators of our world rather than the victims of it.

The most dangerous thinking (potentially) is from our Unconscious Mind because you do not need to be aware of how it works for it to work. Our thoughts are a framework for our reality. Our reality is supported by our beliefs and our beliefs define who we are as a person. These thinking patterns can be buried deep in our Unconscious Mind working for or against us. NLP is a process to discover what makes us tick (unconsciously). We are able to use specific techniques to uncover and change our thinking at the unconscious level. As a result of using these techniques the change happens unconsciously and we do not force it consciously (like affirmations do). Therefore the shift in the results we get is automatic

The Unconscious Mind has all the creative energy needed to beat your heart, create your cells, grow your hair etc but equally of keeping you alive in the universe of your choice. You make this choice through whatever you allow your Conscious Mind to feed the Unconscious Mind with. Whatever you feed it with you will get back.
