Holiday Adventures for Children at Young Dartington

Young Dartington is an annual two-week summer holiday camp for children, which provides young people aged eight to 14 with the opportunity to try a range of exciting activities, new experiences and make new friends in a safe and fun environment. The scheme, which runs from the Dartington Hall estate near Totnes from Monday 23rd July to Friday 3rd August, offers adventure activities including rock-climbing, water sports, dry slope skiing and caving, as well as capoeira martial art classes and a range of craft activities. With just eight children to each expert staff member, each young person gets the very best out of their week. Children can enroll for one week or two and can choose whether to sleep over in the residential campsite each night – and cook their dinner on the campfi re! - or go home at the end at the end of each full day.
