Energy How much are you burning?
According to the Energy Saving Trust, energy to a value of some £740* million is wasted every year due to electrical equipment being left on standby, or charging unnecessarily, in UK homes. As a result, the pressure is on consumer electronics manufacturers to ensure that excess consumption of electricity by household appliances is reduced and on consumers to reduce their consumption and bills as well as their impact on the environment.
